Explore the breathtaking renovation of the Laughing Waters Beach House in Southold, NY

A walk through Natalie Rebuck's stunning transformation of the Laughing Waters Beach House in Southold, NY

Today we're excited to walk you through the Laughing Waters Beach House in Southold, NY, which has recently been treated to a beautiful renovation by Natalie Rebuck, Principal Architect & Designer of Re: Design Architects.

Combining functionality, elegance, and a modern coastal aesthetic throughout, the renovation included reworks of the master bedroom, main and guest bathrooms, and the open-plan living/dining room.

Complete with log storage and built-in travertine shelving, the mid-century modern Zircon fireplace warms the living area and provides the perfect focal point.

The cement tile floors from Grow House Grow seamlessly blend with the home's beachfront location and contribute to the Scandi-inspired coastal design aesthetic.

The incorporation of live edge shelving and built-in accessory nooks in the bathrooms adds both visual interest and practicality, ensuring that these spaces remain organized and clutter-free.
